Chicago, IL(11/17/2007) – Anne Marie Smith, Ph.D, Principal Consultant and Director of Education for EWSolutions, Principal Consultant and Director of Education for EWSolutions, a Chicago-based IT consulting firm, has accepted a position on the adjunct faculty of Northcentral University as a member of the MIS program.
Anne Marie will be teaching graduate-level MIS courses, developing certificate programs on Enterprise Information Management and an interdisciplinary program for consultants. Northcentral University (NCU) is an accredited online university providing graduate and undergraduate degree programs in business and technology management, education, and psychology. NCU is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs – ACBSP, the premier accrediting association for business schools and programs with a focus on teaching excellence.
Anne Marie is certified to create and instruct Information Management graduate programs. She will be teaching graduate level courses such as Project Management, System Analysis, Database Design and Management, Decision Support and Data Warehouse Support.

Anne Marie Smith, Ph.D. is a leading consultant in Information Management and is a frequent contributor to various IT publications. Anne Marie has over 20 years experience in information management for several corporate entities and has successfully led the development of data resource management departments within corporations and consulting organizations. Anne Marie is active in the local chapter of DAMA and serves on the board of directors of DAMA International, and is an advisor to the DM Forum. She has been an instructor of Management Information Systems (MIS) with Philadelphia, PA area colleges and universities. Most recently, she has joined the adjunct faculty of Northcentral University in the MIS graduate program.
