Sharad Varasay is a veteran technologist turned entrepreneur. Before creating OvalEdge, he was a principal architect with Hortonworks and other solution providers. Sharad founded OvalEdge to blend his unique experience in big data technology and process management to create a much-needed Data Management product. He earned a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), the premier institute of technology in India, and holds a Bachelor’s of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering.
