Webinar Overview

Networking is an important, and often overlooked, aspect of professional development. Many studies have shown that networking is the most common way for people to find out about jobs, become new hires, or transfer to another position in an organization. This presentation addresses several networking concepts explaining how any professional can refine their approach to making and maintaining productive connections. Michael Palladino shares his experiences in a multi-year journey that led to many unpredictable connections, including presenting for the Crown Prince of Dubai in Sofia, Bulgaria and persuading a US Ambassador to speak at a conference in Norway. Michael also discusses lesser-known networking techniques that can lead to unexpected, intriguing connections, and stresses how to maintain productive associations on a personal as well as a professional level. Come listen, learn, and become inspired to start your networking journey!
