Ruffinatti is an Information Systems Engineer & Systems Analyst, a Professor at the National Technologic University in Strategic Management and Programming subjects, Cordoba Regional Faculty in Cordoba, Argentina. He is a Project Leader in the “Analytical CRM” and “Business Intelligence Solutions” projects at this Laboratory and a consultant in Business Intelligence Solutions. He has written OLAP, data warehouse, data mining, CPM, Customer Intelligence and other business intelligence articles.
