Dr. William M. Parsley is focused on aspects of organizational data management including Data Governance, Data Management Maturity Models, Information Asset Valuation exercises, and Master/Reference Data Management. He has a background in standing up Data Governance programs in the healthcare and financial sectors and worked in the Data Management space for over 10 years as a consultant, analyst, and data leader before taking his current role as Chief Data Officer at BioIQ. His Ph.D. in Computer Science was obtained from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is also the founder of Third Room Consulting which focuses on Data Management and Data Governance.
